Our Sukkah is an outdoor product intended for seasonal use. It is not intended for use during inclement weather and all necessary precautions must take place to protect against your product getting damaged or destroyed. We are not responsible for any misuse of our products. Additionally, we will not be held responsible for improper storage and maintenance of our products. Please feel free to contact us via phone or email regarding the proper storage and maintenance of your Sukkah and Schach. We are open year-round to assist our valued customers.
Under certain specific circumstances, returns may be accepted by an authorized representative. Contact us via phone or email to resolve any issues with your order. In order for a return to be processed, the item must be in its original packaging and a return request must be submitted no later than 7 days after receipt of delivery. Please have clear and documented proof of the issue. No returns will be accepted after the holiday season. Please contact us before the holiday to resolve any issues.
